Robert Wayne Trent, 65 of Columbus, MS, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be Friday, January 12, 2024, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Service will be Friday, January 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS with Bro. Tommy Gillon officiating.

Mr. Trent was born August 9, 1958, in Hawaii, to  Eleanor Jean Dudley Horning and the late James Elton Trent. Mr. Trent was a commercial over-the-road truck driver for many years. He is survived by his mother- Eleanor Jean Dudley Horning and stepfather- Mark Horning.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Hospice Staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT.
