Sandra Louise Denton, 63, of Columbus, MS, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at her residence.

No arrangements have been made at this time. Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS, entrusted with all arrangements.

Mrs. Denton was born in Macon, MS on November 16, 1961, to Leo Hamill and Phyllis Hamill.  She was a member of Calvery Baptist Church in Macon, MS. Mrs. Denton was the wife of George Denton and was married for 35 years. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Denton is survived by her husband- George Denton; children- Joseph (Jenna) Denton and  Jessica (Caleb) Fancher; stepson- Ashley (Kelly) Denton; grandchildren- Levi Denton, Silas Fancher, George Fancher, and Chase Denton; and brother- Thomas (Kellie) Hamill.
