Sandra Pew, 70 of West Point, MS passed away, Saturday, September 2, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.
Mrs. Pew was born November 17, 1946, to the late Ivan and Lillian Rodriquez Herrero in New York. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served during the Vietnam War Era. Mrs. Pew retired in 2006 from the Pike County, Missouri Sheriff's Department where she was a jailer. Mrs. Pew moved to West Point, MS eleven years ago from Vandalia, MO. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Columbus, MS. She enjoyed fishing and watching classic movies.
Mrs. Pew is survived by her husband of fourteen years – Cecil Pew, West Point, MS; Children - Michael A. (Christine) Rea, Seattle, WA, David L. (Lauren) Rea, St. Louis, MO, Tina M. Rea (Anagh) Vora, Asheville, NC and David D. (Laura) Pew, Raytown, MO; sisters – Evelyn Herrero and Angela Herrero; grandchildren – Brittney G. Rea, Daeton A Bigford, Audrey A. Rea, Ethan M. Rea, Ava N. Rea, Lila J. Rea, Ella A. Rea, Isabella G. Pew, Gianna C. Rea, Liam T. Pew, Avani V. Vora and Arrissa C. Vora; great-grandchild – Matix Ulrich.
