Sherry Lynne Easter, 60 of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

A memorial service will be Friday, January 7, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Armon McDill officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.

Mrs. Easter was born August 19, 1961 to Faye Hughes Hallman and the late Edward Simpson in Lowndes County, MS.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed helping others and fishing.

Mrs. Easter is survived by her husband – David Easter; daughter – Stephanie Easter, St. Clair, MO; mother – Faye (Dale) Hughes Hallman; brother – Steven Simpson; sisters – Selena Hallman Chunn and Dawn Simpson and many honorary grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Missouri Eastern Honor Guard and Zachary Crowe.
