Sherry Inmon Holliman, 56 of Columbus, MS passed away, Monday, March 18, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Holliman will be Wednesday, March 20, 2013, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM with Bro. Steve Lammons officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Holliman was born June 7, 1956 to John C. Inmon and the late Madrin Presley Inmon in Okolona, MS. She moved to Columbus 43 years ago from Memphis, TN. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she was Nursery Coordinator and a member of the Lillian circle of the WMU. Mrs. Holliman was a devoted Christian, she prayed and read her Bible daily. She was a bookkeeper with their family business, Darwin Holliman Construction and was a member of the Bud Price Rd. Christian Motorcycle Club. Nana's favorite "hobby" was being with her grandchildren and she also enjoyed cooking and gardening, especially working with her flowers in the spring. In addition to her father, Mrs. Holliman is survived by her husband of 38 years – Darwin Holliman, Columbus, MS, daughters – Christi (Patton) Whitten, Columbus, MS and Lori (Brian) Windle, Caledonia, MS, son – Dusty Holliman, Columbus, MS, sister – Delores (Steve) Westbrook, Columbus, MS, John (Linda) Inmon, Columbus, MS, Jimmy (Kathy) Inmon, West Point, MS, Jeff Inmon, Columbus, MS. Grandchildren – Landen Neyman, Presley Neyman, Caris Whitten and Layla Grace Windle. Pallbearers will be David Holliman, Jeff Inmon, Jimmy Inmon, John Inmon, Jay Kizer, Steve Westbrook, Patton Whitten and Brian Windle. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bud Price Rd Christian Motorcycle Club, Staff of Baptist Memorial Hospital CCU, WMU Lillian Circle and Mt. Zion Nursery Committee. Memorials may be made to Mt.
