Shirley Delores Quatrevingt Shirley Delores Quatrevingt, 62 of Columbus, MS, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS. Visitation for Mrs. Quatrevingt will be Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 6 – 8 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. Funeral Services will be Sunday, October 2, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ron Delgado officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mrs. Quatrevingt was born August 13, 1949 in Pineville, LA to the late Eugene Max & Audrey Spurlock. She moved to Columbus in 1985 from Plaquemine, LA. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed bingo and cooking Cajun food. She loved her children and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Quatrevingt was preceded in death by her husband - Weylin James Quatrevingt, daughter – Penny Ann McComic and sister – Virginia Ann Spurlock. Mrs. Quatrevingt is survived by her sons – Joseph Quatrevingt - Columbus, MS, Richard McComic – Boyce, LA, daughters – Lacy Quatrevingt – Biloxi, MS, Johnnie Quatrevingt – Starkville, MS and Shirlean Logan – Boyce, LA, brothers – Ronnie Spurlock, Bobby Spurlock, Dennis Spurlock all of Pineville, LA, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
