Sumie Ueno Eaton, 87, of Columbus, MS passed away Monday, April 10, 2016, at DCH Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Memorial Gardens, Columbus, MS. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.

Mrs. Eaton was born April 1, 1929. She was a seamstress and a member of Antioch Baptist Church, Columbus, MS. She is preceded in death by her husband-John Eaton, Jr.; and 2 brothers; and 5 grandchildren.

Mrs. Eaton is survived by her sons-Dr. David (Beth) Eaton, Tuscaloosa, AL and Dr. Robert (Sherry) Eaton, Northport, AL.
