Teresa Cartwright Miller, 68, of Columbus, MS, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022, at her residence.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Fairview Baptist Church with Bros. Breck Ladd and Tommy Gillon officiating.  A visitation with the family will follow at Fairview Baptist Church.  Lowndes Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

Mrs. Miller was born on November 13, 1953, to the late James C. Cartwright and Elizabeth J. Smith in Chattanooga, TN.  She attended Fairview Baptist Church and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior.  She was a Realtor for over 20 years, licensed in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.  As a mother, her focus was on her daughters.  She was never too busy when it came to their needs.  When granddaughters were born they were the joy of her life; talk of them always brought a smile to her face.

Teresa is survived by her husband Robert Michael Miller; daughters – Amy Virginia (Morgan) Harrison, and Jessica Ruth (Matt) Hall;  grandchildren – Elizabeth, Hannah, and Rebekah Hall; and a brother – James Cartwright.
