Toula Faye Childs, 70, of Columbus, MS passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Columbus Christian Center, Columbus, MS. A memorial service will follow Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 3:00 PM at Columbus Christian Center will Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating.  Lowndes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Childs was born October 31, 2017, in Macon, Georgia to Horton C. Childs and Vannetta J. King. She was a twin sister to Sharon Gale Perrigin. Ms. Childs worked as a caretaker and a banker for many years.

Ms. Childs is survived by her son- Mark Joseph Pierro; sisters- Sheron Gale (W.E.) Perrigin of Columbus, MS, Betty Viehweger, and Joyce Johnson; brother- Fred Childs; grandson- Matthew V. Pierro; father- Horton C. Childs; mother- Vannetta J. King; nieces- Michelle Lucas, and Susan Thrasher; nephews- Buddy Perrigin, Timmy Viehweger, Freddy Viehweger, Mike Johnson, and Billy Johnson; grandnephews- Austin Taylor Perrigin, and Alex Zander Perrigin.
