Vance Leon Crotts, 90, of Columbus, MS, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at his residence.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Vibrant Church in Columbus, MS.  Memorial Service will be Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. at Vibrant Church in Columbus, MS with Pastor Ethan Boggs officiating. Lowndes Funeral Home, entrusted with all arrangements.

Mr. Crotts was born October 2, 1934, in Maryland, to the late George and Edna Crotts.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as an electrician for over 45 years. Mr. Crotts was a member of Vibrant Church in Columbus, MS. He loved reading, spending time with his family, and loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren very much.

Mr. Crotts is survived by his wife- Aurea Crotts; daughters, Liz Robinson, and Rochelle Miles; siblings- Georgette, Audrey, Charlotte, Kay, Linda, Curtis, and Michael (Judy); grandchildren- Grant Robinson, Dennis Route, and Kristen Lightner; great grandchildren- Holden Lightner, Hendrix Lightner, Maddox Route, Leah Route, and Oakley.
