Veronda Gayle Dougan, 50 of Columbus, MS passed away, Saturday, September 2, 2017, at her residence.

Mrs. Dougan was born March 13, 1967, to the late Lavon and Verna Johnson in Horry County, South Carolina and moved to Columbus, MS five years ago from Meridian, MS.  She was of the Christian faith.  Mrs. Dougan enjoyed watching T.V., playing video games, reading her Bible and doing Bible quizzes.  She loved her children, grandchildren, and her dogs.

Mrs. Dougan is survived by her husband – Timothy Wayne Dougan, Jr., Columbus, MS; children – April Boyer, New Jersey, Robbie McDonald, Arizona and Cody Hatcher, South Carolina; brother – Jamie Johnson, Georgia; grandchildren – Luke and Mason Boyer and Evan Hatcher.
