Wanda Jean Cantrell, 69, of Columbus, MS, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital- GT in Columbus, MS.

Memorial Service will be Friday, September 13, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS.

Mrs. Wanda was born June 4, 1955, in Millport, Alabama to Dudley Knight and Joyce Cash Knight. She worked at numerous restaurants including Barnhill's, Ryan's, and Santa Fe.  Mrs. Wanda worked more than 20 years at Playmore in Columbus. She was an avid Alabama fan and shot glass collector. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wanda is preceded in death by her brothers- Ronnie Cash and Richard Cash.

Mrs. Wanda is survived by her husband- James "J.C." Cantrell; daughter- Patty Cantrell; son- Jamie Cantrell; daughter- Jennifer Markham; grandchildren- Ashley, Jason, Chris, Ozzy, Brayan, Ana, Nicolas, and Aaron; 6 great-grandchildren; and sisters- Judy Pinkerton, and Sandra Pinkerton.
