Waymon Earl Tilley, 77 of Ethelsville, AL passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – Golden Triangle, Columbus, MS.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Forest Cemetery, Ethelsville, AL with Rev. Linda Shelton officiating and Lowndes Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Tilley was born December 1, 1943, in Columbus, MS. Poppa was a lifetime member of the Forest Community and Forest UMC.  He was always eager to help his family, friends, and neighbors in any way he could.  He adored his wife and family and loved working on his farm with his cattle and equipment.

Mr. Tilley is survived by his wife – Vera Cook Tilley, Ethelsville, AL; his son Joseph E. Tilley; daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Jim Ray and grandson, J.D. Ray, II.
