Willa Dean "Billie" Bullard Cooper, 83, of Columbus, MS, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Trinity Personal Care, Columbus, MS.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Green Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Cleveland, AL. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM at Green Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Cleveland, AL with Bro. Kenny Gardner officiating. Interment will be in Green Chapel Cemetery, Cleveland, AL with Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS directing.
Mrs. Cooper was born September, 3, 1932 to the late James Arthur and Stella Riddle Bullard in Cleveland, AL. She was a member of Belleview Baptist Church, Memphis, TN and was a Personal Care Giver for 20 years. Mrs. Cooper loved to cook and was a seamstress, enjoying quilting, especially- dolly clothes, angels and men's suits. In addition to her parents Mrs. Cooper is preceded in death by her son- Mike Cooper; brothers- Leslie Bullard, Jimmy Bullard, Buddy Bullard and sister- Jean Smith.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by her daughter- Yuvonda Youngblood, Columbus, MS; sons- Dennis (Kris) Cooper, Little Rock, AR, Jeff (Jenny) Cooper, Erin, TN, Greg (Terry) Cooper Bruleton Mills, WV; brother- Lester Bullard, Springville, AL; sister- Eloise Barrick, Chester, VA; grandchildren- Afton Cooper, Shelby Smith, Ralph Youngblood III, Jessica Fussell, Matthew Youngblood, Delise Cooper, Greg Cooper, Jr., Kinley Cooper, Bennett Cooper; great-grandchildren- Cody Smith, Reese Baggett, Mac Baggett.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
