William Campbell Fraser, 82, of Columbus, MS passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital - GT, Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS. A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 2PM in the Lowndes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ed Maurer and Bro. Larry Ferguson officiating. Interment will be held in Memorial Gardens, Columbus, MS with Lowndes Funeral Home directing. Mr. Fraser was born May 10, 1933 in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada to the late John Alvin and Margaret McLean Campbell Fraser. He was a member of First Christian Church. Mr. Fraser was a member of the Thristle Lodge No. 250, Embro, Ontario for 60 years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Fraser is preceded in death by his sister - Betty Edgeworth, brothers-in-law - Bob Edgeworth and Bob Weaver. Mr. Fraser is survived by wife - Joyce McBurney Fraser, Columbus, MS, sons - Glenn (Donna) Fraser, Clanton, AL, Raymond (Chhorvy) Fraser, Cerritos, CA, Keith (Meredith) Fraser, Columbus, MS, and Terry (Kim) Fraser, Aliceville, AL, daughter - Sherri (Michael) Lawson, Embro, Ontario, sisters - Marie Weaver and Ann (Bob) Berge, both of Woodstock, Ontario, brother - Ronnie (Elaina) Fraser, Woodstock, Ontario, grandchildren - Elizabeth (Brad) Yates, Wesley Fraser, Whitney (Eric) Brackin, Catherine (Donald) Saxon, Lauren and Audrey Fraser, Jordan and Jared Lawson, Monika and Elizabeth Fraser, great grandchildren - Ella, Jack, John, and Ben Brackin, Bayn Yates, and Bryson and Mason Saxon. Pallbearers will be Wesley Fraser, Jared Lawson, Brad Yates, Donald Saxon, David Plant, and Shane Kesler.
