Willie Demetro Menotti, 86 of Columbus, MS passed away April 23, 2023 at Elderly Care, Macon, MS.

Visitation for Mr. Menotti will be Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Annunciation Catholic Church, Columbus, MS. A funeral mass will follow at 11:00 AM with Father Jeffrey Waldrep officiating and Father Gerry Hurley assisting.

Mr. Menotti was born April 7, 1937 in Leland, MS to the late Pete Menotti, Sr. and Videlma Zepponi Menotti. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University. Mr. Menotti worked in the Automotive Industry for over 50 years including being owner of Menotti Honda, Columbus, MS. He enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his dogs that brought him so much joy,  and just loving life to the fullest. In addition to his parents, Mr. Menotti was preceded in death by his daughter – Tina Davis, grandson - T.J. Menotti and  all of his siblings – Pete Menotti, Jr., Lena Reed, and Ann Fratesi.

Mr. Menotti is survived by his wife of 44 years – Sharon Fuqua Menotti; children – Toby Menotti and Tammy Lougee, and Dana (Michael) Putt; grandchildren – Stephen Hudson, Maggie Freeborn, Demi Menotti, Gray Menotti, Trapp Menotti, Brandon Davis, Devin Davis, Carter Putt and Greyson Putt; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be former employees of Menotti Motors and Menotti Honda, Clint Dean, Ken Jaynes, Bud Phillips, Jimmy Graham, Paar Colvin, Joe Beall, Jim Wamble, Chuck Putt and Allen Kerby.
